The vision of “Aim For Success Archery Academy” is to promote archery and produce archers who can win medals for India. We have comprehensive courses for students at all levels of proficiency. Training at “Aim for success archery academy” is provided by experts who are passionate about archery. Our archers have already won many medals in the national archery tournament.
Mission of AFS to Trained A Archer

Sachin Patel (Owner & Coach)
The owner and Head coach of Aim for Success Archery Academy,
He is a highly accomplished national-level archer and the coach of the Madhya Pradesh team at the national level. He is certified by the Archery Association of India and serves as a state-level judge. With over a decade of experience in coaching, Sachin Patel brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to his students.

He holds a Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com), reflecting his commitment to both his professional and academic pursuits.
Abhishek Kumar Patel (AFS Manager )
Our manager, Abhishek Kumar Patel, is a distinguished national-level athlete who has proudly represented the state in numerous national competitions.
Academic Details
He holds an MBA and is a certified Level-1 Fitness Trainer, accredited by the government. Along with his expertise in sports and fitness.
Abhishek brings a wealth of corporate experience, complemented by his skills in YouTube content creation, making him a well-rounded professional in business, fitness, and digital media.
Rishika sen (Junior Coach)
National-Level Archer | State Archery Judge | B.A., LL.B.
Rishika Sen is a distinguished national-level archer with an impressive record, including 3 Silver and 1 Bronze medal at the Vidya Bharti Nationals (2011 & 2012) and participation in multiple prestigious national tournaments such as the Sub-Junior and Junior Nationals, as well as the National School Games.
In addition to her achievements as an athlete, Rishika has won numerous gold medals at the state level. She now serves as a certified state archery judge, officiating at major tournaments including Senior and Sub-Junior State Championships (2023 & 2024).
